Frequently Asked Questions

1. What is your turn around time?

Our current turn around time is 3-7 business days not including shipping time.

2. What are your business days & hours?

Our business days & hours are Monday through Friday from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm PST excluding holidays. We do not work on the weekends due to making our family time a priority.

3. Do you offer custom orders?

Yes, we do. Please feel free to contact us with the idea of the item(s) you’d like customized.

4. What is your shipping time?

We offer priority mail shipping of 1-3 business days.

5. I need my order as soon as possible. Can you rush my order?

Yes, we can move your order to the top of our list but we will charge a fee of $30. In order for that to happen, you will need to add the Rush Order listing to your cart. If it is not in your order we will have your order done in the regular turn around time of 7-10 business days.

6. What is your rush order turn around time?

Our rush order turn around time is 1-3 business days not including shipping time. If you need your order before then, please contact us & we will work with you.

7. Do you offer local pick up?

Yes we do, we offer a free local pick up option, our shop is located in Moreno Valley, CA. When you're checking out you can choose the free local pick up option or the local delivery option for a $20 fee if it is within a 20 mile radius of Moreno Valley, CA.

8. What materials do you work with?

We mainly work with wood for our products but can also work with acrylic, leather, paper, & vinyl.

9. Where are your products made?

We have a home-based business & a designated office where we make your handcrafted products.

10. What is your return policy? 

Due to the custom nature of our products we do not offer returns or refunds unless there is an error on our part.
